Spot Welding are the high speed precision welding processes that are used for the joining of sheet metal products. They works on the electric resistance in which electrodes make contact with metal surface points that are going to be joined by passing a large current through the high resistance elements to increase the heat for melting and joining of two parts together. Spot Welding machines hold the work pieces together under pressure exerted by the electrodes. They are capable to weld the sheet in between thickness range of 0.5 to 3 mm. These machineries passes much energy that can be delivered to the spot in a very short time and permits the welding to occur without any excessive heating of the remainder of the sheet.
